Their is a diagram I have seen many times in my life. I call it the Quality Triangle. It is very simple. The three corners of the triangle are; Quality, Price and Speed. In this example they are; Good, Cheap and Fast. In any service you provide or receive you can pick two of these. If you would like service that is good and you want it fast, you will pay extra. If you would like your service fast and cheap, quality suffers.
If we can remember this diagram while at work, I believe service will improve for our clients. I highly recommend sharing this with our clients as well.
