I am blessed. I work with some of the smartest, most dedicated and incredible people I’ve ever met. I walk the halls of our San Antonio and Houston offices and am in amazement at the company we have grown into over the last 16 years.
We are a company in a constant evolution and motion. We are learning, changing, growing and improving for our clients, and it’s because of the people we have here that we are able to do the things we do for our clients. And I have learned over the years that the kind of people that get you to a level of excellence are a special kind. And they are the kind that you want to surround yourself with. They are the ones that treat every project and client with complete ownership. They’re the ones that jump in when there is a deadline even when it’s not their own. They’re the ones that bring the ideas, no matter how big or small, on how we can be a better company. Thinking beyond simply clients and work, they have a true and genuine interest in being the best and a tremendous pride in doing so.
It’s inspiring. And it’s the difference between prosperity and failure in a difficult economic climate. It’s about being part of a team that really knows where they want to go, and are willing to take responsibility in getting there. And with each new person that joins KGB, they bring a new sense of commitment with them.
