As an agency, we do a lot with social media. But we’ve only been doing it seriously for the last seven months or so.
That could be seen as a lifetime considering how fast social media changes.
On Thursday, our PR director Rich Teplitsky and I wrapped up the last of three social media “town hall” meetings for our client, the San Antonio Board of Realtors. Attendance at each of the three events was about 80, 80 and 180, respectively.
After each presentation we heard from members and leadership about the job we did. They told us how informative we were. But Thursday afternoon, we may have gotten the biggest compliment possible.
Matt Stigliano, a Realtor who blogs and Tweets as @rerockstar, posted his opinion on our presentation. It’’s one thing to get kudos from people who are learning something new. It’s something different to get praise from people who know what you’re talking about.
So with Matt’s permission, we’ll let him tell you about our presentation. And thanks, Matt.
